First Baptist Church is a growing, loving fellowship of believers committed to glorifying God and working with Him as He builds His Kingdom here in Grand Prairie and around the world. The ministries you will find at First Baptist reflect our desire to minister to people in every stage and walk of life. At First Baptist Church, Grand Prairie, we are reaching out to have a positive impact for God's Kingdom in our city and beyond. We do this through diligent outreach to let everyone know of the life-changing power that is found only in Christ Jesus. At First Baptist Church, Grand Prairie, we teach and preach the Word and the practical application of God's direction in our lives. The Bible comes to life through Dr. Skaar's sermon series, through invigorating teaching in a variety of Bible Study classes that will make you feel right at home as you grow in Christ. |

Join with us at First Baptist Church as we do more than simply talk about loving our community. You'll find our family providing food through our food pantry, making a difference through community projects coordinated with the City of Grand Prairie, joining up with Habitat for Humanity to help make homes out of houses and mission projects that have taken our members throughout the U.S.A. and to places like China, Indonesia, Germany & Peru.
